Listen, you know we love a good shortcut recipe, but there is something so satisfying about making something completely from scratch.

This Classic Apple Cobbler is made from scratch, but with the most basic of ingredients (and it's actually easier than you'd think!).

It's cozy, it's warm, and perfectly sweet. We loved it topped with some homemade vanilla ice cream (when we're really wanting to go the extra mile).
